General information:

• Please do not sit on the scooter while it is on kick or center stand.
• Maximum passengers: 2, maximum weight capacity: aprox. 160kg
• Driving off-road is not allowed.
• Passing through the Pitve-Zvala tunnel is prohibited for scooters, so please refrain from visiting that part of the island.
• Watch out for no-traffic zones (pedestrian zones) and use the helmet while driving to avoid any unnecessary fines.

Contract sample:

Oss Tours d.o.o. - hereinafter referred to as "lessor"

A natural or legal person, who or on whose behalf the vehicle is rented - hereinafter referred to as "lessee"

• The lessor obliges to rent out scooters that passed inspection of vehicles for safety, performance and roadworthiness, with all the equipment and documents that are a mandatory part of the vehicle's equipment according to the Croatian regulations and laws, and with a full fuel tank unless stated differently.

• The lessor confirms that the scooter has a basic liability insurance policy.

• The lessee is obliged to present an identification document when picking up the vehicle, and the lessor is authorized to keep it until the vehicle is returned, as a guarantee that the vehicle will be returned.

• By signing this contract, the lessee confirms that he has a valid license to drive a scooter.

• The lessee uses the vehicle at his own risk and obliges that he will not change any parts of the vehicle.

• The lessee is obliged to pay the lessor the agreed amount for the rental of the vehicle. In general, this is to happen when picking up the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed by mutual agreement.

• If the lessee does not return the vehicle within the agreed period of rental, he is obliged to pay the lessor an additional fee in the maximum amount of the daily rental price. The contract can be extended only based on the agreement between the lessor and the lessee.

• The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel (unless otherwise agreed by mutual agreement), otherwise he is obliged to pay the lessor the estimated amount for fuel compensation based on the prices of the Croatian oil company INA on the day of the return of a scooter.

• The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle in the condition in which he received it, otherwise the lessor reserves the right to charge the lessee for any damage (with the exception of minor scratches) caused on the vehicle in the amount of up to €500.00. Damages above this amount are covered by insurance.

• The amount to be charged for the damages will be assessed according to the price list of our parts suppliers.

• All vehicles are insured against liability for damage caused by a third party.

• The renter undertakes to use the scooter in the correct way, without exhibition, and with a maximum of two people on the scooter. Otherwise, he risks paying a fine of €20.00

• It is forbidden to drive the scooter through the Pitve-Zavala tunnel and on macadam roads. In the event that the lessee ignores these warnings, he does so at his own risk and accordingly, in the event of an accident or any damage to the vehicle, he covers any damage himself.

• In case of damage to the car, the lessee is obliged to inform the lessor about it in a timely manner.

• The lessee is obliged to pay all fines for illegal parking, speeding or any other violations in case there are any during the rental period. This can be done directly with the issuer of the fine or, in exceptional cases and by agreement, at the agency.
